Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

2. Return conditions

Returned rugs must:

  • be unused

  • be intact

  • be in original condition

Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use, damage, stains or alteration.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How to request a return

  • your order number

  • the item you wish to return

We will provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until the item has been received.

6. Non returnable items

The following items are non returnable:

  • outlet or final sale items
